二甲双胍对女性肥胖型糖尿病患者血脂与体质量的影响

目的观察二甲双胍对女性肥胖型糖尿病患者血脂与体质量的影响。方法选择女性肥胖型糖尿病患者120例，随机分为两组，实验组给予二甲双胍，对照组给予吡格列酮。两组患者在治疗前和治疗12周后均检测空腹血糖（FPG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、糖化血红蛋白（HBAlc）、血脂（TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C）及体重指数（BMI）。结果二甲双胍及吡格列酮组患者血清FBG、HBAlc、TG、LDL-C、FINS水平与治疗前比较均明显降低（P〈0．01），二甲双胍实验组BMI与治疗前比较亦显著降低（P〈0．01）。二甲双胍组与吡格列酮对照组比较，患者血清FBG、HBAlc、TG、LDL—C水平和BMI均明显降低（P〈0．01），而FINS、TC、HDL-C含量则无显著影响（P〉0．05）。结论二甲双胍能明显改善女性肥胖型糖尿病患者血脂水平和体质量。

Effect of metformin for blood lipid and body mass of female obesity-diabetes patients

Objective To investigate the effect of metformin for blood lipid and body mass of female obesity-diabetes patients.MethodsFemale obesity-diabetes patients(n=120)were randomly divided into two groups(n=60):experimental group and control group.The experimental group were given metformin,and the control group were given pioglitazone.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),glycosylated hemoglobin(HBAlc),blood lipid(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)and body mass index(BMI)of patients of two groups were measured before and 12 weeks after treatment.ResultsThe level of serum FPG,HBAIC,TG,LDL-C and FINS of patients of metformin and pioglitazone groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment(P<0.01).The BMI of metformin experimental group were significantly lower than those of before treatment(P<0.01).The level of serum FBG,HBAIC,TG,LDL-C and BMI of patients of metformin experimental group,compared with pioglitazone control group,were significantly decreased(P<0.01),whereas,the level of serum FINS,TC and HDL-C had no significant influence(P>0.05).ConclusionMetformin could obviously improve the level of blood lipid and BMI of female obesity-diabetes.
