痔疮消炎止痛胶囊的抗炎作用初探

目的:探讨中草药复方痔疮消炎止痛胶囊的抗炎作用。方法:痔疮消炎止痛胶囊设3个剂量组。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀模型及腹腔注射醋酸方法,评价痔疮消炎止痛胶囊的抗炎消肿作用及对毛细血管通透性的影响。结果:本品高剂量显著减轻二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀,并可减轻足跖肿胀度及降低腹腔液的吸光度。结论:痔疮消炎止痛胶囊具有一定的抗炎消肿作用。

Study on the Anti-inflammatory Effect of Anti-inflammatory and Obtundent Capsule for Piles

Objective: To study the effect of Fu Fang anti-inflammatory and obtundent capsule for piles.Methods: Three dosage groups were set up. Dimethylbenzene was used to cause the auricular tumefaction of small rats and carragheenan was used to cause the toe tumefaction of big rats,together with acetic acid abdominal injection.The anti-inflammatory and repercussive function of Fu Fang anti-inflammatory and obtundent capsule for piles and its effect on capillary penetration were analyzed and evaluated.Results: The large dosage of the capsule obviously alleviated the auricular tumefaction of the small rats caused by Dimethylbenzene and the toe tumefaction of the big rats and decreased the light absorptive degree of abdominal liquid.Conclusion: Fu Fang anti-inflammatory and obtundent capsule for piles has an anti-inflammatory and repercussive function.
