烧伤创面感染菌群分布及体外药敏的分析

摘    要:报道自1992~1995年间1130株烧伤创面感染主要菌群变化,G-杆菌对26种抗菌药物的敏感性变化、G+球菌对15种抗菌药物敏感性的变化。结果:G-杆菌占第一位(70.6%),G+球菌占第二位(27.8%),酵母样真菌占第三位且主要以念珠菌属为主。铜绿假单胞菌占G-杆菌分离率的55%;金黄色葡萄球菌占G+球菌分离率的47%。MRSA在金黄色葡萄球菌中的分离率为86%。三代的头孢菌素和单环类β-内酰胺类药物抗菌活性最强。结果:烧伤感染菌的耐药性监测对了解细菌的耐药机制及合理有效应用抗菌药物有重要价值。

Abstract:strains of bacteria, which were isolates from infection wound of burn patients were analysed with changes of main infection bacteria and drug suseptibility. The spceimen were taken from wound admission burned patients of Tainjin Fourth Hospital (Tianjin Burn Institute). Bacteria were identified and suseptibility test (MIC) with VITEK-AMS/60. The result were shown 70% of them Gram-negative bacteria, 27.6% Gram-positive bacteria and other yeast etc. 55% of Gram-negative bacteria was Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 47% Gram-positive bacteria was Staphylococcus aureus. 86% of Staphylococcus aureus was MRSA.
