| 摘 要： | 对128例住院的婴幼儿喘息患者和82例同期健康婴幼儿，应用PCR-限制性内切酶酶切法进行白细胞介素-4受体基因150V和Q576R检测。患儿与正常儿童150与V50、Q576与11576等位基因频率和基因型频率之间存在差异，150／150基因型与喘息的易感性相关（P=0．015，OR=0．439，95％CI=0．223～0．826），150／150和Q576／R576的组合与喘息发病的易感性有关。说明携带易感基因的儿童可能容易发生反复喘息乃至以后的哮喘。
