| 摘 要： | 目的观察天麻钩藤饮对高血压病(肝阳上亢型)患者血浆丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法采用随机对照方法,观察天麻钩藤饮组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗前后血压水平及血浆丙二醛水平的变化。结果两组治疗后血压与丙二醛水平均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮能显著降低高血压病患者血浆丙二醛水平。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Tianmagouteng Decoction (TD) on plasma level of Malondic Aldehyde (MDA) among patients with hypertension. Methods] 60 pateints with this diease were randomly into two groups, i.e. test group (30 cases) and contro group (30 cases). The MDA levels in plasma were assaied again among these cases and their correlation with the changes of blood pressure was evaluated to see the therapeutic effect of TD on MDA level. Results] By the end of the therapy the plasma levels of MDA were all significantly decreased among all cases with paralleled blood pressure decreasing and no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion] TD can significantly decrease the MDA level in plasma among patients with hypertension. |
