中套管刻度法置入食管支架治疗上消化道狭窄及瘘

目的：探讨中间套管刻度法置入食管支架的可行性及食管支架在上消化道狭窄及瘘的应用价值。方法：食管狭窄、食管瘘、食管癌术后胃窦—幽门梗阻致胃潴留共52例，采用自创的中间套管刻度法置入支架。结果：52例均一次性置入成功，所有病例均解决梗阻或瘘问题，近期疗效良好。结论：中间套管刻度法食管支架置入准确，方法简便。食管支架为其他治疗方法难以奏效的食管狭窄、食管瘘等疾病提供了一种姑息治疗方法，近期效果良好，但存在诸多潜在并发症，支架置入应严格掌握适用症。

Planted esophageal stent in treating upper gastrointestinal tract stricture and fistula by marked middle tube of conveying pipe

Objective:To study the feasibility of placed stent by marked middle tube of conveying pipe and the value of coated metallic stent in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract stricture and fistula. Method: 52 cases of upper gastrointestinal tract stricture and fistula were placed esophageal stent with the method of marked middle tube of conveying pipe. Results: All the stents were successful planted just one time. Dysphagia was improved significantly. The esophageal fistula was sealed off. Conclusion: The method which planted esophageal stent by marked middle tube of conveying pipe is useful and simple. Stenting is an effective palliative treatment for patient suffering from upper gastrointestinal tract stricture and fistula, but there is much complication that we should be pay attention to. We should be further control the indications.
