依托咪酯脂乳剂用于全麻诱导的临床研究

目的：研究国产依托咪酯脂乳剂用于全麻诱导的临床效应及安全性。方法：选择择期手术病人150例．随机分成两组：(1)试验组(n=90)：国产依托咪酯脂乳剂组(LE)；(2)对照组(n=60)：国产依托咪酯丙二醇溶剂组(PG)。用依托咪酯0．3mg／k全麻诱导，观察并记录意识、血流动力学及不良反应，检测手术前后的血尿常规及肝肾功能指标。结果：两组病人的意识消失时间、意识恢复时间、血流动力学及血尿常规和肝肾功能变化比较．无明显差异。不良反应除注射痛试验组明显低于对照组外，两组病人其他不良反应并无明显差异。结论：国产依托咪酯脂乳剂具有与依托咪酯丙二醇溶剂相同的全麻效果．且理化性能明显优于依托咪酯丙二醇溶剂，可安全地用于临床全麻诱导。

The Efficacy and Side Effects of Etomidate Formulated in Lipid Emulsion during Intravenous Anaesthesia Induction

Objective: To study the efficacy and side effects of etomidate dissolved in lipid emulsion(LE) with that of etomidate dissolved in propylene glycol(PG) during intravenous anesthesia induction. Methods:150 patients were randomly divided into 2 grousps:LE group and PG group .0.3mg/kg of either formulation of etomidate was injected during the anesthesia indution.Consciousness,hemodynamic changes during anesthesia and side effects of the the drugs were recorded. Results: There were no differences between both groups in consciousness and hemodynamic changes,hepatic and renal functions,side effects expert that etomidate formulated in lipid emulsion is associated with less pain upon injection than etomidate formulated in propylene glycol. Conclusion: Lipid emulsion is superior to propylene glycol as a vehicle for etomidate .It can be introduced in intravenous anaesthesia induction safely and efficiently.
