抑郁症患者的Nogo前置效应和执行功能

目的探讨抑郁症患者Nogo前置效应与执行功能的关系。方法对抑郁症患者(观察组)和正常人(对照组)进行事件相关电位检测,受试者需对稀有声刺激执行按键反应(代表Go反应),对标准声刺激不执行按键反应(代表Nogo反应),从Go-P300波形中获得Go-P3成分,从Nogo-P300波形中获得Nogo-P3成分。对Go-P3和Nogo-P3的潜伏期及波幅进行测量。结果对照组Nogo-P3潜伏期、波幅值大于Go-P3潜伏期、波幅,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组Nogo-P3潜伏期、波幅与Go-P3潜伏期、波幅相比,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),显示观察组Nogo前置效应消失。与对照组相比,观察组Go-P3、Nogo-P3潜伏期延长、波幅降低,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Nogo前置效应消失可作为抑郁症患者执行功能异常的指征。

Executive functions and the Nogo-anteriorization effect in patients with depression

Objective To investigate the relationship of executive functions and the Nogo-anteriorization effect in patients with depression. Methods The event-related potential components were detected in depressed patients( observation group) and healthy subjects( control group) were required to press the keying when they experience a rare acoustic stimulus ( on behalf of Go response) ,and were not required to press the keying when they experience a standard acoustic stimulus( on behalf of Nogo response) . The Go-P3 were collected during the Go-P300 potential,and the Nogo-P3 were collected during the Nogo-P300 potential. The latencies and amplitudes between the Go-P3 and Nogo-P3 were measured. Results The latencies and amplitudes of the Nogo-P3 were longer and higher than those of Go-P3 in control group( P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05) ,but there were no significant differences in latencies and amplitudes between Nogo-P3 and Go-P3 in observation group( P > 0. 05,shows disappearance of Nogo-anteriorization effect) ; The latencies and amplitudes of the Go-P3 and Nogo-P3 in observation group were longer and lower than those in control group( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion The disappearance of Nogo-anteriorization effect can be the indication of disturbed executive functions in depressed patients.
