| 摘 要： | 目的：观察SAILS患者血清白介素-6（IL-6）含量变化。方法：用放射免疫法检测29例SARS患者血清白介素含量，与正常对照组比较.结果：进展期SARS组患者血清IL-6含量高于正常的百分率为18／29（62．1％），低于正常的百分率为3／29（10．3％）。发病后21天和病后2．5个月SARS组患者中血清IL-6含量高于正常的百分率分别为10／29（34．4％）和4／29（13．7%）：低于正常的百分率分别为3／29（10．3％）和2／29（6．9％）。重型SARS组患者进展期与发病21天后血清IL-6含量明显高于普通型SARS组。结论：SARS患者存在免疫反应异常，血清白细胞介素-6含量变化可能是SARS发病机制中一个环节。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the serum Interleukin-6 (IL-6) in patients with Severe Acute Respiretory Syndrome(SARS).Methods:The serum Interleukin-6 was measured by RIA.and compare with those controls.Results:The results showed that the percentage of elevation of serum IL-6 in patients with SARS was 62.1% and the percentage of depression was 10.3%,in progressive stage.The percentage of elevation of serum IL-6 in patients with SARS were 34.4% and 13.7% respectively,the percentage of depression were 10.3% and 6.9% respectively after 21 days and after 2.5 months.serum IL-6 in severe type of patients was significantly higher than those in general patients in progressive stage and after 21 days.Conclusion:There was immunoreaction abnormity in patients with SARS,The change of Interleukin-6 in patients with SARS may be a tache on pathogeny. |
