地塞米松在早产孕妇产前治疗的疗效分析

目的　探讨早产孕妇产前应用地塞米松对早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的发生率和母婴并发症的影响。方法　对188例早产孕妇及其早产儿,按产前地塞米松治疗组及对照组进行回顾性分析。结果　产前使用地塞米松治疗早产孕妇,可使早产儿RDS发生率显著降低(P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且能改善胎龄小于3 4周早产儿Apgar评分。结论　早产孕妇产前应用地塞米松治疗,可促胎肺成熟并改善其换气功能,对孕周小于3 4周的早产儿尤为重要。

Therapeutic efficacy of dexamethasone in antenatal therapy in premature delivery gravidas

Objective To study the effects of administration of dexamethasone in prenatal therapy in premature delivery gravidas on the incidence of premature respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) and the complications of the gravidas and their premature infants. Methods A total of 188 gravidas and their infants were divided into dexamethasone-treated group and control group. RDS and the complications of gravidas and their infants in the two groups were compared and analyzed retrospectively. Results Administration of dexamethasone in prenatal therapy significantly reduced the incidence of RDS in premature infants and improved the Apgar Score of premature infants whose gestational weeks were less than thirty-four weeks. Conclusion Prenatal dexamethasone therapy can facilitate the lung maturation and improve the pulmonary function of premature infants, especially of those whose gestational weeks are less than thirty-four weeks.
