血清CA125水平对月经性气胸的诊断价值

目的评价CA125对月经性气胸的诊断价值。方法分别对7例月经性气胸和10例非月经性的自发性气胸患者的血清CA125水平进行比较并描绘ROC曲线进行分析。结果月经性气胸患者的血清CA125水平为（75.99±44.85）U/ml,而非月经性的自发性气胸患者的CA125水平为（20.60±11.06）U/ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。以31.64U/ml为诊断临界值时,CA125诊断月经性气胸的灵敏度为100%,特异度为80%,ROC曲线下面积为0.943。结论血清CA125水平对月经性气胸有较好的辅助诊断价值,以31.64U/ml为诊断临界值较为合适。

Diagnostic Value of Serum CA125 in Catamenial Pneumothorax

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum CA125 in catamenial pneumothorax.Methods The serum concentrations of CA125 of seven patients with catamenial pneumothorax and ten patients with non-catamenial spontaneous pneumothorax were compared respectively,and were analyzed by using ROC curve.Results The serum concentrations of CA125 in the patients with catamenial pneumothorax were（75.99 ± 44.85） U/ml,while in the patients with non-catamenial spontaneous pneumothorax were（20.60 ± 11.06） U/ml.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.If 31.64 U/ml was used as cut off value,the sensitivity of serum CA125 in the diagnosis of catamenial pneumothorax was 100%,the specificity was 80%,and the area under curve（AUC） was 0.943.Conclusion Serum concentration of CA125 can be regard as a useful marker for the diagnosis of catamenial pneumothorax,and 31.64 U/ml can be used as the cut-off value.
