摘 要: | 目的 通过分析"跨区域转诊追踪" 管理模式对流动人口结核病患者医疗服务满意度的影响,评价该模型在流动人口结核病管理中的可行性。方法 将流动人口肺结核患者随机分为研究组和对照组,分别实施"跨区域转诊追踪"模式和常规的"跨区域转诊"管理模式。采用问卷调查的方式,从管理模式、就诊程序、医疗技术和医疗价格方面等4个方面评价患者的医疗服务满意度。结果 研究组对管理模式和就诊程序两个方面的满意度分别为32.7%和26.4%,对照组分别为18.0%和12.9%,前者高于后者(P<0.05)。两组在医疗技术和医疗价格方面的差异没有统计学意义。研究组总体评价满意度(38.7%)高于对照组(20.2%)。结论 流动人口结核病患者对"跨区域转诊追踪" 管理模式的医疗服务满意度较高,有利于患者完成全程治疗,值得在流动人口肺结核患者管理中推广。【关键词】 结核,流动人口,管理,医疗服务

Study on the Satisfaction about the Cross-regional management among the Floating Population with TB |

Abstract: | [Abstract] Objective To analyze the satisfaction about Cross-regional management among the floating population with TB in Guangzhou and evaluate the feasibility for the method of TB cases management. Methods A total of 636 new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were registered in the Guangzhou Chest-disease Hospital which were divided into experimental and control groups randomly. The experimental groups accepted by Cross-regional Management and telephone tracing and the control groups accepted routine Cross-regional management only. The subjects were interviewed by the satisfaction of patient's questionnaires and performed analysis. Results The total satisfaction of experimental groups showed to be high, and the significant difference between the groups was observed in the convenience of getting medical resources and medical environment. Conclusion Cross-regional Management and telephone tracing can improve the satisfaction in the floating population with TB and we can use the method to management TB cases in the future.[Key words] tuberculosis; floating population; management; medical service |
