| 摘 要： | 为寻求１２导联心电图中能测出最大Ｑ－Ｔ值的导联，观察正常人和急性心肌梗塞病人各１００例心电衅１２导联Ｑ－５ｃ间其。结果表明：不论是正常人或包性心肌梗塞病，也不论心肌梗塞发生部位，其Ｑ－Ｔｃ均值均以Ｖ２，Ｖ３为最大，最大Ｑ－Ｔｃ差值的均值也以Ｖ２，Ｖ３为最小，且此二导联Ｕ波对Ｑ－Ｔ测量的干扰较小。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the greatest values of Q-T interval in standard 12-lead electrocardiography tracings, the authors analyzed the 12-lead ECG in 100 normal adults and 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction. The results suggested that the longest Q-T interval in the ECG of both groups (regardless of the location of infarction) always appeared in V2 and/or V3 lead with significant statistical difference between them and in other leads, there was no statistical difference shown between V2 and V3. The results also showed that the U wave in V2 and/or V3 did not interfere with Q-T inter- val measurement. It was indicated that V2 and/or V3 might be the most useful lead for the determination of Q-T interval. |
