| 摘 要： | 为继承和发扬祖国传统医学，振兴中医事业，迅速摆脱医院中医科发展的困难局面，文章提出了走中医现代化的发展之路，明确科研与临床相结合的发展思路，聚焦学科主攻方向，选拔具有创新精神的中青年中医学科带头人，按中医学科发展的需求，在学科软硬件建设上给予倾斜，采用现代生物医学的手段和方法研究中医，搭建中医现代化技术合作的平台，使中医科建设走上良性发展的道路。

| Abstract: | To inherit and develop Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), and to improve the difficult situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine faculties, this paper put forward the modern development way for TCM, and clearly pointed out the development mode of combining the research and clinical practice. It also suggested that we should focus on main direction, selecting forerunners of young and middle age with innovative spirit, ensuring the demand of software and hardware, studying on TCM with modern bio-medical method, establishing base of modern tech in TCM for cooperation, thus making the construction of TCM on a benign tract. |
