奥瑞姆自理模式在脑卒中患者护理中的应用价值

目的 探讨奥瑞姆自理模式在脑卒中患者护理中的应用价值.方法 选取2008年1月至2011年1月入住我院神经内科的88例急性脑卒中患者.将所有患者随机分为对照组与观察组各44例;对照组患者采用常规的内科护理,观察组患者采用奥瑞姆护理模式进行护理.观察2组患者治疗前后的日常生活活动能力(ADL).结果 经过治疗后,对照组与观察组患者的Barthel指数较其治疗前均明显升高;而观察组患者治疗后的Barthel指数与对照组同期比较亦明显升高.结论 针对脑卒中患者采用奥瑞姆的护理模式进行护理,可以提高患者的日常生活活动能力,提高其生活质量.

Application value of Orem's self-care mode in nursing of patients with stroke

Objective To discuss the application value of Orem's self-care mode in the nursing of patients with stroke. Methods 88 patients with acute stroke in our hospital were selected from January 2008 to January 2011.All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 44patients in each group. The control group was treated by conventional medical care, and the observation group was treated by Orem's self-care mode. The ADL of two groups was observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the Barthel index of the control group and the observation group were significantly increased. But compared with the control group, the Barthel index of the observation group increased significantly. Conclusions By Orem's self-care mode, patients with stroke can improve their ADL and their quality of life.
