The Application of Three-Dimensional CT Angiography in Intracranial Aneurysms

As a fast, cheap and non-invasive method, three-dimensional CT angiography (3D-CTA) has very high accurate, sensitivity and specificity for detecting intracranial aneurysm less than 3 mm in diameter. 3D-CTA can accurately reveal the location, shape and size of intracranial aneurysms, evaluating the relationship between the aneurysmal neck, body, parent artery and peripheral vessels, simulating operation approach, and providing visual and reliable basis for selecting the suitable operating treatment protocol.
