摘    要:三维CT血管造影(3D-CTA)作为一种快速、廉价的无创性检查手段,具有很高的准确性、敏感性和特异性,能检测到瘤体直径<3mm的颅内动脉瘤。3D-CTA可准确显示动脉瘤的位置、形态和大小,评价瘤颈部与瘤体、载瘤动脉和周围血管之间的关系,模拟手术入路,为选择适当的手术治疗方案提供直观、可靠的依据。

Abstract:As a fast, cheap and non-invasive method, three-dimensional CT angiography (3D-CTA) has very high accurate, sensitivity and specificity for detecting intracranial aneurysm less than 3 mm in diameter. 3D-CTA can accurately reveal the location, shape and size of intracranial aneurysms, evaluating the relationship between the aneurysmal neck, body, parent artery and peripheral vessels, simulating operation approach, and providing visual and reliable basis for selecting the suitable operating treatment protocol.
