高龄心血管外科的现状与进展

随着社会的老龄化和心血管疾病发病率的增高，70岁以上高龄患者心血管外科手术日益增多。尽管与70岁以下患者相比，高龄患者往往具有更多的高危因素，术后脑卒中的发生率增高，但目前高龄冠状动脉外科和主动脉瓣膜外科的近远期效果满意，微创和杂交技术是高龄患者心血管手术的发展趋势。

Current status and research progress of cardiovascular surgery in very old patients

The aging of society and the higher incidence of cardiovascular diseases with advancing age are leading to greater numbers of elderly patients, aged over 70 years old, undergoing cardiac surgery. Although there are more risk factors in elderly patients, currently, coronary artery surgery, valvular surgery and aortic surgery can be performed with a short- and long-term outcome comparable to those of younger patients. The main difference between elderly and younger patients with regard to the outcome after cardiac surgery is the incidence of stroke. Minimally invasive and hybrid procedures are trends in cardiovascular surgery in elderly patients.
