辽宁省综合ICU现况调查

目的了解辽宁省ICU科室建设现况，促进ICU的建设和发展。方法通过调查表的方式收集辽宁省各医院ICU的现况，进行总结分析。结果2007年共收集45家医院83个综合及专科ICU的资料。64．44％的综合性ICU建立于2000年后。独立建制的仅有33．33％。三级医院、二级医院综合性ICU的床位数分别是9．41±5．64、6．45±2．46。ICU的床位数占医院总床位比分别为（1．14±0．60）％、（1．46±0．69）％。医师盔∥床位数比分别为0．96±0．83、0．86±0．42。而护士数／床位数比分别为1．98±0．88、1．92±0．75。持续心电监测、持续脉搏氧饱和度、有创呼吸支持达到100％。结论辽宁省ICU建设已蓬勃发展，但在建制、床位数、护理队伍、设备、技术方面还有待于提高。

Object To know the situation of ICU construction in Liao Ning. Method Investigate the satuation of ICU in Liao Ning and analyse. Result The datum of 83 ICU in 45 hospitals in 2007 are collected. 64.44% ICU are found after 2000. Only 33.33% are independence. The bed number are 9.41 ± 5.64 and 6.45 ± 2.46 in 3 grade and 2 grade hospital respectively. The bed number in ICU ratio hospital＇ s are （ 1.14 ± 0.60） % and （ 1.46 ±0.69 ） % respectively. The doctor number ratio bed number are 0.96 ± 0.83 and 0.86 ± 0.42 respectively. The nurse number ratio bed number are 1.98 ± 0. 88 and 1.92± 0.75 respectively. Monitor of electrocardio, pulse oxygen saturation and ventilator treatment are in 100% ICU. Conclusion The ICU in Liao Ning have developed flourishly, but the independence, bed number, nurse troops, equipment and technology are still need progress.
