摘    要:在镉、汞亚急性中毒性肾损伤的过程中,尿中溶菌酶活性增高比尿蛋白、尿糖和肾小球滤过率的变化更敏感。尿中碱性磷酸酶活性增高,可能不适宜作为镉中毒性肾损伤的早期指标,但对于汞性肾损伤的早期诊断,具有一定的意义。

Abstract:The relationship between the activity changes of urine lysozyme (U-LYS) and urine alkaline phosphatase (U-ALP) and those of urine protein, urine glucose, glomer-ular filtration rate(GFR)and othe rre-nal damage indications was observed on an animal model of cadmium(Cd) or mercury (Hg) poisoning renal damage. Cd-group (18 rats) and Hg-group (18 rats) were injected ip with 0.74mg Cd2+/(kg·d), and 0.74 mg Hg2+(kg·d) respectively for 45 day. Control group (9 rats) received same volume of normal saline. The results showed that the increase of U-LYSactivity was more sensitive than the changes of urine contents of protein and glucose and GFR in Cd-poison-ing or Hg-poisoning renal damage. The increase of U-ALP activity appeared earlier than other changes in Hg-poisoning renal damage.No similar apparent changes were found in Cd-group. Thus, it seemed that the increase of U-ALP activity can be used as an early indication for detection of Hg-poisoning renal damage.
