| 摘 要： | 目的 :检测热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达水平 ,探讨其在胶质瘤诊断中的意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法对 4 1例星形细胞瘤标本及 13例脑组织进行染色 ,比较肿瘤与正常脑组织HSP70表达水平的差异。结果 :星形细胞瘤标本的HSP70水平明显升高 ,与正常脑组织比较有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且随着肿瘤恶性程度的增高 ,HSP70的表达水平也相应增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :HSP70可以作为反映肿瘤增殖情况的参考依据 ,为临床准确判定肿瘤恶性程度及预后提供了新的指标

| Abstract: | Objective: To detect the expression of HSP70 in astrocytoma and discuss its significance in glioma diagnosis. Methods: 41 astrocytoma specimens and 13 brain sections were immunohistochemically analyzed to compare their difference in HSP70 expression. Results: Normal astrocytes showed almost undetectable expression of HSP70. Astrocytoma showed increased number of HSP70-positive cells. They have obviously difference between them (P<0.01). And expression of HSP70 was increasing with increasing of malignant degree of tumor (P<0.01). Conclusion: As an index reflecting tumor malignant progression, HSP70 may provide information on diagnosis and prognosis. |
