标准化病人在儿科学临床教学中的应用

摘    要:针对临床教学中存在学生多、病人资源相对不足的现状,我们在儿科学见习教学中,实施了请病人进课堂的临床教学模式的探索。将我院五年制、七年制的医学生分为改革组和对照组两组,采用学习能力、成绩考核和学生调查问卷的形式对教学效果进行评价。结果显示,改革组学生在病例书写水平、临床思路的清晰度方面明显优于对照组学生,期末考核成绩也优于对照组学生(P<0.05);改革组绝大部分学生赞成请病人进课堂的见习模式(98.5%);对照组绝大部分学生要求能有更多机会接触病人,增加动手机会的愿望强烈。实践表明,病人进课堂的临床教学模式明显提高了教学质量及学生的实践能力,同时也显示了传统的教学模式在发展临床思维、培养学生独立思考能力等方面存在着一定程度上的缺陷。请病人进课堂为临床医学教学模式改革提供了一种新的思路。

Application of the standardized patient in pediatric clinical teaching
Abstract:According to the situations of clinical teaching, i.e., the large number of students and the limited number of patients, we explored the value of inviting the patients to participate in clinical instruction of the students. For this teaching model, we chose the students on 5-year program and 7-year program. The students were divided into the reform group and the control group, and the students were evaluated on the basis of learning abilities, performance and the questionnaire survey among the students. The results showed that compared with the control group, the students in the reform group demonstrated better abilities to write case histories, the clarity of thinking in clinical affairs, and they also did better in the final course test(P<0.05);the majority of the students in the reform group felt satisfied with inviting patients to participate in classroom instruction(98.5%);the students in the control group expressed their hope for more chances to observe the patients in the clinic to improve their abilities of clinical application of the theories. The research indicated that the model of inviting patient participation in classroom instruction obviously improved the teaching efficiency and the ability to practice. At the same time, it shows that traditional teaching model has setbacks in developing clinical thinking and student independent thinking skills. Our research has provided a new insight into transforming the traditional model of inviting clinical patients into participation in student classroom instruction.
