深圳市南山区妊娠梅毒性伴通知效果评价

目的]分析我区妊娠梅毒患者性伴通知效果,探索最佳通知方法。方法]通过3种方法通知性伴就诊,对就诊结果进行统计分析。结果]在234例妊娠梅毒患者中通过性伴通知前来就诊性伴172例,其中患者通知106例,约定通知66例,医生通知0例。结论]合适的性伴通知方法是性伴通知成功的关键,成功的实施性伴通知能够及时发现病例,防止再感染和疾病扩散,对阻断梅毒的传播乃至性病的传播起着不可忽视的重要作用。

EVALUATION ON THE EFFECT OF PREGNANT SYPHILIS PARTNER NOTIFICATION IN NANSHAN DISTRICT OF SHENZHEN

Objective] To analyze the effect of pregnant syphilis partner notification in Nanshan district and explore optimal notification mehtod. Methods] A retrospective analysis of pregnant syphilis partner notification was conducted. Three methods of partner notification including patient referral, provider referral, conditional referral or contact referral were acted. Results] There were 234 patients with pregnant syphilis, and 172 of their sexual partner saw a doctor after notification. Of the 172 partners, 106 through patient referral, 66 through conditional referral, and there was no case through provider referral. Conclusions] Appropriate partner notification is of great importance. Successful partner notification can identify cases as early as possible, which is an important approach to prevent transmission of syphilis or other STD.
