| 摘 要： | 目的总结急性结石性胆囊炎行腹腔镜手术的经验。方法对我院2000.3-2005.6的368例急性结石性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除的资料进行回顾性分析。结果355例顺利行LC,开腹13例。全组无严重并发症。结论随着LC经验积累和器械完善,急性结石性胆囊炎经过短期消炎利胆治疗后,多数能够安全行LC。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the acute calculus cholecystitis. Methods From 2000.3 to 2005.6, 368 cases by LC in the acute cholecystitis of calculus were retrospectively analysed. Result 355 cases of acute calculous cholecystitis were treated with LC successfully, and 13 cases were changed to open cholecystectomy. There were no serious complications in 368 cases. Conclusion As the experience to LC is to accumulate and instruments have been improved, most of acute calculous cholecystitis can be resected with LC safely after antiphlogistic and choleretic treatment. |
