OF—3的致突变,致畸的研究

摘    要:报道OF-3对小鼠的急性毒性试验、微核试验,对大鼠骨髓染色体畸变及对大鼠的致畸试验的结果,小鼠经口LD50为3.30g/kg。其剂量在0.16-1.65g/kg的微核试验结果表明:各剂量组与阴性对照组的微核率比较,结果无显著意义(P〉0.05);0.33-1.65g/kg剂量组对大鼠的骨髓染色体畸变也无明显影响;致畸试验中随剂量的增大,母鼠的增长越缓慢。同时,鼠胎的体重也明显低于阴性对照组。提示:

Abstract:In this paper, the mutation and teratogenic effect of the OF 3 were investigated. The LD50 was determined as 3.3g/kg in mice by oral. The results indicated that the micronucleus rate was not significant difference (P>0.05) in dosage of 0.17-1.65/kg/day and the marrow chromosome aberration was negative in dosage of 0.03-0.17g/kg,but in teratogenic test, the weight of the female rats and its fetus were lighten with the dosage increasing, this result shows the OF 3 have toxic effect on fetus in long term administration.
