摘    要:目的: 研究广西红树林植物杨叶肖槿叶挥发油的化学成分。方法: 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用气质联用技术(GC-MS)和标准图谱检索对照方法对其化学成分进行研究,并采用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果: 共检测出44种化合物,鉴定了其中37种,占挥发油总量的89.75%,其主要成分分别是1,2,3,5,6,8a-六氢化-4,7-二甲基-1-(1-甲乙基)-, (1S-cis)- 臭樟脑(16.14%)、α-金合欢烯(13.16%)、n-棕榈酸(8.52%)、1-甲基-4-(5-甲基-1-亚甲基-4-己烯)-, (S)- 环己烯(8.12%)等。结论: 通过对其挥发油化学成分的研究,为开发利用提供依据。

Abstract:Objective: The aim was to study the chemical constituents of essential oil from the Guangxi mangrove Thespesia populnea (L.) Soland. ex Corr. leaf. Method: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation.The constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS,and then the relative contents was calculated with area normalization. Result: Fourtyfour kinds of compounds were separated, 37 kinds of compounds which accounted for 89.75% were identified. The principal chemical constituents are 1,2,3,5,6,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-,(1S-cis)-Naphthalene (16.14%),α-Farnesene (13.16%),1-methyl-4-(5-methyl-1-methylene-4-hexenyl)-,(S)-Cyclohexene (8.12%) and n-Hexadecanoic acid (8.52%). Conclusion: The study provided scientific basis for giving full play to medicinal value of this mangrove.
