| 摘 要： | 目的探讨N-末端脑钠肽（Nt—proBNP）在急性呼吸困难中的鉴别诊断价值。方法用ELISA法测定128例急性呼吸困难患者血浆Nt—proBNP，包括心源性呼吸困难和非心源性呼吸困难，观察两种急性呼吸困难患者血浆Nt—proBNP的浓度。结果充血性心力衰竭（CHF）引起的急性呼吸困难患者Nt—proBNP浓度明显高于非CHF组患者（P〈0．01）；CHF组Nt—proBNP浓度在心功能不同级别间差异有统计学意义，与左室射血分数呈负相关。结论Nt—proBNP可作为心源性呼吸困难患者鉴别诊断的一个观察指标，方法简单快速、敏感性高、特异性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of Nt-proBNP in the differentiation of dyspnea.Methods The Nt-proBNP of 128 patients suffered from dyspnea which caused by heart failure or non-heart failure were measured by ELISA and compared.Results The Nt-proBNP level of the patients whose dyspnea were caused by heart failure were obviously higher than those of patients whose dyspnea were caused by non-heart failure(P<0.01).The level of Nt-proBNP was significantly different at their different stages of heart function in congestive heart failure(CHF)group and negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Conclusion Nt-proBNP can be used as the indicator in the differential diagnosis of dyspnea because of it's highly sensitivity and specificity. |
