| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究心理护理对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法 :6 3例脑卒中患者分为心理组和常规组 ,均给予药物治疗和康复训练 ,心理组同时进行系统的心理护理 ,8周后采用Spitzer生存质量指数量表对 2组进行评定比较。结果 :心理组在功能恢复、家庭、社会的支持以及预后的前景方面明显优于常规组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :系统的心理护理能显著改善脑卒中患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of psychological care on the life qualities of stroke patients. Methods: Sixty-three stroke patients were randomly divided into psychological care group and routine group. The patients in the psychological group were subjected to systematic psychological instruction besides routine treatments. The life qualities of all the subjects were compared and analyzed after an 8-week course. Results: The function recovery, support of family and society and the prognosis in the psychological care group were superior to those in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological care is helpful to improve the life qualities of stroke patients. |
