职业紧张对外来工免疫功能的影响

目的探讨职业紧张对外来工免疫功能的影响。方法应用职业紧张量表修订版(OSI-R)对外来工组(644名)及对照组(322名)进行调查。同时从上述两组中再分别随机抽取120名外来工和82名对照人员进行免疫功能指标测试。结果外来工组职业任务和紧张反应得分高于对照组。个体应对资源对照组得分显著高于外来工组(P<0.01)。外来工组T淋巴细胞百分率、IgG水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。外来工的职业任务、紧张反应与IgG存在明显的负相关,紧张反应与T淋巴细胞百分率存在明显的负相关,应对资源与IgG、T淋巴细胞百分率有明显的正相关性(P<0.05)。结论职业紧张对外来工的免疫功能有一定的抑制作用。

Influence of occupational stress on immune function in migrant workers

Objective To discuss the influence of occupational stress on immune function in migrant workers. Methods The sampled 644 migrant workers(study group) and 322 registered local residential workers (control group) in Shenzhen city were measured with occupational stress inventory revised edition (OSI-R).Then 120 migrant workers and 82 registered resident workers were selected randomly from two groups,and immune function was measured.Results The scores of ORQ and PSQ in migrant workers group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).The scores of PRQ in control group were significantly higher than that of the migrant workers group (P<0.01).Lymphocyte T%,IgG in migrant workers group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).There was negative correlation between occupational role,stress response and IgG.There was negative correlation between stress response and Lymphocyte T%,however,there was positive correlation between personal resources and IgG,Lymphocyte T% (P<0.05).Conclusion Occupational stress might have certain influence on the immune function in migrant workers.
