温针联合氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾炎临床观察

目的观察温针灸联合氯沙坦钾治疗原发性慢性肾炎蛋白尿脾肾气虚证的临床疗效。旨在为慢性肾炎脾肾气虚证的治疗提供一种有效的方法。方法收集符合标准的慢性肾炎患者60例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用温针灸治疗,每星期3次,加氯沙坦钾50mg/d口服;对照组用氯沙坦钾50mg/d口服治疗。疗程3个月,比较两组治疗前后证候积分、尿常规和24h尿蛋白定量。结果疗程结束后,治疗组总积分下降明显优于对照组（P〈0.O1）;治疗组在治疗后腰脊酸痛、疲倦乏力、浮肿、纳少脘胀等证候平均积分亦明显低于对照组（P〈0.O1）;治疗组尿蛋白减少明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论温针灸联合氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿脾肾气虚证有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Observations on the Combined Treatment of Chronic Nephritis with Warm Needling and Losartan Potassium

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined warm needling and losartan potassium in treating proteinuria due to primary chronic nephritis of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type and to provide an effective method for treating chronic nephritis of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type. Methods Sixty chronic nephritis patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group received warm needling plus oral administration of losartan potassium 50 mg/d and the control group,oral administration of losartan potassium 50 mg/d only. The course of treatment was 3 months. Post-treatment symptom scores,the results of routine uranalysis and the amounts of 24-hour urine protein excretion were compared between the two groups. Results At the end of treatment course,the total score decreased significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group （P0.01）. The mean post-treatment scores of symptoms including lumbar soreness,lassitude,edema,hyporexia and gastric distention also did （P0.01）. Urine protein decreased significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Combined warm needling and losartan potassium has clinically a good therapeutic effect on proteinuria due to chronic nephritis of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type.
