激光上皮下角膜磨镶术治疗中高度近视的效果

目的观察激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)治疗中、高度近视的临床效果。方法LASEK治疗59例117眼中、高度近视,屈光度-3.75～-17.75D,随访3～12个月,观察症状、视力、屈光状态、角膜并发症等情况。结果术后3月视力0.4～1.5,平均1.03±0.19,与术前矫正视力比较具有显著性差异(t=7.64,P<0.001)。术后第1天全部患者均有异物感、流泪、视物模糊等症状,但轻重不一,术后第3天上述症状明显减轻;术后3个月可见Ⅰ级角膜形状浑浊3眼,占2.6%。结论LASEK治疗中高度近视安全性高,术后裸眼视力优于术前矫正视力,拓宽了准分子激光临床应用的适应证。

Laser assisted subepithelial keratectomy for the correction of moderate and high myopia

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laser assisted subepithelial keratectomy (LASEK) in the treatment of moderate or high myopia.Methods LASEK was performed for 59 cases (117 eyes) with moderate or high myopia. The preoperative diapters ranged from -3.75D to -17.75D. The follow up was taken from 3 to 12 months.The postoperative corneal symptoms, visions, phototropism and complication were investigated.Results Uncorrected visions after 3 months of operation were 0.4-1.5,averaged 1.03±0.19.There were significant difference in uncorrected visions after 3 months of operation and correcred vision before operation. Postoperative pain scores were found in all patients on the first day and relieved significantly on the third day. At postoperative 3 monthes cornel haze was at 1grade in 3 eyes(2.6%).Conclusion LASEK for moderate and high myopia can provide good visual and refractive results with a high safety.
