湖南省162个基层预防接种点安全注射状况调查分析

为了解湖南省基层预防接种安全注射状况，促进安全注射，采取分层多阶段随机抽样方法，对162个基层预防接种点安全注射现状进行了调查。接种点以一次性注射器和玻璃注射器为主，安全注射率为46．30％，村级和使用玻璃注射器的接种点安全注射率相对较低。只有35．18％的基层预防接种人员能够正确认识不安全注射的危害。对如何提高基层预防接种点安全注射水平提出了建议。

An Invesrtigation on Safe Injection Status of 162 Grass- roots EPI Immunization Spots in Hunan Province

The present situation of safe injection in immunization program in grass-roots of Hunan Province is analyszed in order to promote the work on safe injection. An investigation was carried out on EPI safe injection status in 162 grass-roots immunization spots of urban and rural levels by stratified multistage random sampling method in Hunan Province. Most vaccination spots mainly used one-use injectors or glass syringes. The safe injection rate was 46.30% but lower in village spots and those using glass syinges. Only 35.18%of EPI staff had correct knowledge on harmfulness of unsafe injection. This paper has put forward suggestions to improve EPI safe injection in grass-roots immunization spots.
