地佐辛与舒芬太尼用于术后静脉自控镇痛临床效果的对比观察

目的:观察地佐辛、舒芬太尼用于术后静脉镇痛的效果及不良反应。方法:将60例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ择期在全麻下行腰椎手术患者,随机分为地佐辛组（D组）和舒芬太尼（S组）,每组30例,术后行PCIA。D组配方为:地佐辛0.8mg·kg^-1+盐酸昂丹司琼0.2mg·kg^-1加生理盐水稀释至120nl,S组以舒芬太尼2.5ug·kg^-1代替地佐辛。观察两组患者术后4、8、12、24、48h视觉模拟评分（VAS）、镇静程度评分（Ramesy）、48h內患者不良反应的情况。结果:两组均能为患者提供良好的术后镇痛,两组患者总的VAS评分、PCA按压次数差异无统计学意义。D组患者Ramesy镇静评分及患者术后的总体满意度显著优于S组（P<0.05）,且不良反应少。结论:地佐辛用于腰椎手术PCIA,镇痛效果确切可靠且不良反应少,可用于临床。

Comparative Observation on Clinical Efficiency of Postoperative Patient Controlled Intravenous Analgesia with Dezocine and Sufentani

Objection：To evaluate the analgesia effects and side effects of PCIA with dezocine and sufentanil for the lumbar spine surgery.Methods：60 patients with ASAⅠ-Ⅱthat were scheduled for the lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia,randomly assigned into dezocine group（Group D,n = 30）,sufentanil group（Group S,n=30）. PCIA gradients used for Group D and Group S was dezocine 0.8mg·kg~（-1）＋ Ondansetron HCL 0.2mg·kg~（-1）;sufentanil 2.5ug·kg~（-1）＋ Ondansetron HCL 0.2mg·kg~（-1） which were diluted to be 120 ml by adding saline.To observe the patient＇s VAS,Ramesy scores and pressing times of PCA equipment,side effects at the times at 4,8,12,24,48h after operation. Results：There was no significant difference in the effects of the two kinds of PCIA.But group D showed better outcomes regarding to Ranesy score and patient＇s satisfactory degree than group S.Group D also give less side effects. Conclusion：Dezocine can take a satisfactory effect and fewer side effects in PCIA in patients underwent the lumbar spine surgery,and it＇s worth for clinical application.
