血液成分单采和血浆置换治疗血液病的临床疗效观察

目的探讨应用血细胞分离机进行治疗性血液成分单采和血浆置换治疗血液疾病的疗效。方法收集我院2006年1月至2012年1月采用百特公司CS-3 000 PLUS血细胞分离机行白细胞单采、红细胞单采、血小板单采及血浆置换70例患者,对其临床疗效和实验室指标的效果进行记录分析。结果通过血液成分单采和置换对血液疾病如急性白血病(AL)、慢性白血病(CL)、多发性骨髓瘤(MM)、血小板增多症(ET)、真性红细胞增多症(PV)、血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)等70例患者的治疗,减少了患者血液中的病理性成分,促进临床症状和体征好转。结论血细胞分离机进行治疗性血液成分单采和置换治疗血液系统疾患,其临床效果肯定,能迅速缓解症状,且安全、可靠、不良反应小。

To Observe the Clinical Therapeutic Hemapheresis and Plasma Exchange in the Treatment of Hemopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapeutic hernapheresis and plasma exchange by CS-3 000 PLUS spectra for hematology diseases and analyze the correlate factors of affecting the hemapheresis. Methods Hemapheresis and plasma exchange was done one to four times in 70 patients with hematology diseases （ acute leukemia, chronic leukemia, thrombo cythemias, multiple myelomas）. The clinical effect and laboratory index were analyzed. Results After therapeutic hemocytes apheresis, symptoms and signs of patients were improved significantly, peripheral white blood cell counts, platelet counts, globulin of pa- tients with leukemias, thrombocythemias and myelomas decreased. Conclusion Blood cell separator therapeutic hemapheresis and replacement in the treatment of blood system disease could quickly relieve the symptoms, the clinical effect was safe, reliable ,less adverse reactions.
