| Abstract: | The standardized training for pediatric resident is a necessary route to promote the ability of clinical and make them grow up,and it is very important to the medical quality promotion and development of a hospital.By analyzing the practical problems on the standardized training of pediatric residents in our hospital,we put forward the countermeasures to further improve pediatric residents standardized training. |
