大学生口腔念珠菌分离株药物敏感性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨在校大学生口腔念珠菌对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性.方法 选取云南省某高校在校学生1179名,采集其口腔咽拭子,分离疑似念株菌84株.采用微量液基稀释法,测定念珠菌对氟康唑、酮康唑、氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B等4种常用抗真菌药物的敏感性,以最低抑菌浓度(MIC值)进行判定.结果 84株念珠菌对上述4种药物敏感性的几何均数分别为3.175,0.070,0.272和0.43 mg/L;耐药率分别为8.3%,9.5%,7.1%和8.3%;非白色念珠菌对酮康唑和两性霉素B的耐药率均高于白色念珠菌(P<0.05);有3株念株菌对2种或2种以上药物同时耐药.结论 在校大学生口腔念珠菌中存在一定程度的耐药株和交叉耐药现象,尤其是非白色念珠菌.

Abstract:Objective To explore the susceptibility of Candida species isolated from oral cavity to common antifungal agents among college students.Methods The broth microdilution antifungal test was used for the susceptibilities of 84 Can-dida strains to fluconazole, ketoconazole, fluorocytosine and amphoterin B and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was used for the evaluation.Results The geometric mean of susceptibility for the Candida species to the four antifungal agents were 3.175,0.07,0.272,and 0.43 mg·L~(-1) ,respectively;the resistant rates were 8.3% ,9.5% ,7.1% ,and 8.3%, respectively.There were significant differences in resistance between Candida albicans and Candida non-albicans to keto-conazole and amphotericin B(P<0.05).Three Candida species were resistant to 2 or more antifungal agents at the same time.Conclusion There exist resistant and cross resistant strains in Candida species in oral cavity among college students, especially for Candida non-albicans.
