| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同的补偿方式对农民自愿参加新型农村合作医疗的影响。方法:对按比例支付的补偿方式和单病种定额支付的补偿方式进行比较分析。结果:显示2种补偿方式各具特色,也均具有局限性。结论:应建立一种易于被广大参加新型农村合作医疗农民(以下简称参合农民)接受的,以单病种定额支付为主体的混合型补偿方式。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives:To study the influence of different payment methods on the willingness of rural farmers to participate in New Rural Cooperative Medical System. Method:To compare the results of applying co-payment method and the payment by case.Results:Both of methods have advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion:It is suggested that more acceptable payment method to rural farmers should be blended payment method based on payment by case. |
