| 摘 要： | 目的 评价丁咯地尔、电子灸联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 12 0例糖尿病人随机分组对照观察。治疗组80例给予静点丁咯地尔、电子灸;对照组4 0例给予肌注维生素B1、维生素B12 。结果 治疗组有效率97 5 % ,神经传导的有效率也有明显提高(P <0 0 5 )。结论 丁咯地尔、电子灸联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变是一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DNP) with duflomedil combined electric acupuncture. Methods 120 cases were divided into therapy group 80 cases who were treated with duflomedil and electric acupuncture and control group 40 cases who were treated with vitamine B. Results The effective rate in therapy group was 97.5% and the nerve conducted rate was improved (P<0.05). Conclusion This combination therapy could be an effective method to treat DNP. |
