| 摘 要： | 目的: 总结中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病的应用效果.方法:盆腔炎性疾病患者共108例,随机分为中西医结合治疗组及单纯西医治疗组,中西医结合治疗组72例采用西药加扶正化瘀中药治疗,采用经期抗炎及经间期中药治疗;单纯西医对照组36例单用西药治疗,采用经期抗炎,比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率95.83%,与对照组总有效率91.67%比较P<0.05,治疗组优于对照组.结论: 中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病既减少了西药治疗剂量大、副作用多、复发率高的弊端,又弥补了中药治疗见效慢的不足,明显提高了疗效.
