| 摘 要： | 目的 肝硬变腹水是一常见病 ,治疗处理需要探讨。方法 根据现在对其病因的新认识 ,提出“三原则两辅助处理”规则 ,而辅助之一是腹水还纳注射 ,试探一次抽出腹水分次静脉回输。结果 观察 1115例肝硬变并发腹水患者 ,12 2例 (10 .9% )在三原则治疗下辅助腹水还纳 ,腹水均获消退。结论 简易腹水还纳对特大量和顽固性腹水有甚好辅助治疗作用 ,简便易行 ,且安全

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the management of liver cirrhosis associated with ascites,which is a common disease.Methods Based on current recognition for the cause of the disease,the regulations of management were recommended as“three-principles & two-additive methods”,one of the ‘two-additive methods”-return infusion of autologous ascites,i.e once suction,then multiple times of intravenous return infusion.Results Among the observed 1115 patients of liver cirrhosis associated with ascites,while receiving “three-principles” treatment,122 cases(10.9%) were subjected to return infusion of autologous ascites,their symptoms of ascites were overall obliterated.Conclusions For very massive and intractable ascites,above the method of return infusion of autologous ascites has excellent additive treatmental role,and is simple and easy to perform,and safe for patients. |
