硝酸甘油局部涂擦在化疗病人静脉穿刺中的应用

选择化疗病人１００例，随机分为实验组和对照组各５０例，实验组采用硝酸甘油涂擦穿刺局部皮肤法，对照组采用９５％酒精涂擦法。结果实验组病人在用药后静脉直径及静脉充盈程度均较对照组高，静脉炎和药液外渗发生率显著低于对照组，用药过程中病人心率、血压变化不大。建议为化疗病人行静脉穿刺前可采用硝酸甘油局部涂擦法，以提高静脉穿刺成功率，降低静脉并发症的发生

The Use of Local Inunction of Nitroglycerin in Venipuncture of Chemotherapy Patients

There were 100 patients received to chemotherapy selected and divided randomly into two groups (each n=50).Tested group was given local inunction of nitroglycerin and control group was given 95% alcohol inunction.The result showed that the venous diameter of patients in both groups was of difference before and after the use of drugs.The venous filling degree in tested group was higher than that in control group,and the incidence of phlebitis and drug exosmosis were obviously lower than control group.Patients'heart rate and blood pressure changed a little.To increase the success rate of venipunctur and decrease the venous complication,the local inunction of nitroglycerin for these patients is suggested.
