健康教育路径在全髋关节置换术患者中的应用

目的 探讨健康教育路径应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者的实施效果。方法 将48例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为两组进行对照研究,对照组(24例)实施常规护理方法,观察组(24)例采用制定好的健康教育路径表实施健康教育。结果 观察组较对照组各种并发症减少,健康知识掌握程度和患者满意度高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论 对老年股骨颈骨折患者按健康教育路径表实施健康教育计划是切实可行的有效办法,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the results in the implementation of health education path in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods 48 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups for control-study, the control group (24 cases) were implemented with the conventional methods of care, the observation group (24 cases) were implemented with the developed health education path. Results the observation group had less complications than the control group, and health knowledge and level of patient satisfaction were higher (P <0.05) . Conclusion Health education path in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures is practical and effective,and it will be widely applied.
