50例高校学生念珠菌性外阴阴道炎氟康唑顿服法疗效分析

目的研究目前高校学生念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的治疗方法,观察氟康唑150 mg顿服对其的治疗效果。方法对50例念珠菌性外阴阴道炎分泌物涂片找假菌丝,给于康唑150 mg顿服后复查临床治疗效果及病原菌检查结果。结果氟康唑150 mg顿服1周后首次复查,痊愈率为90%,10天治愈率98%。结论氟康唑口服治疗方便,治愈率高,可作为高校念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的首选治疗方案之一。

Efficacy of fluconazole in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis infection of college student patients
