缺氧诱导因子2α在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的观察缺氧诱导因子2(HIF-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达,分析其与肿瘤生物学特征的关系。方法免疫组织化学方法检测NSCLC组织HIF-2α的表达。结果50例NSCLC组织中HIF-2α阳性表达显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.05);HIF-2α的表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期相关,有淋巴结转移组HIF-2α阳性表达和无淋巴结转移组HIF-2α阳性表达两者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),临床分期中Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期HIF-2α阳性表达三者之间差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);HIF-2α的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小、分化程度及病理组织类型无明显关系(P>0.05),和TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关。结论HIF-2α的增强表达与非小细胞肺癌的浸润性发展有密切关系。

Expression of HIF-2α in Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Tissues and Significance

Objective To observe the expression of HIF-2α in NSCLC and analyze its relationship with tumor biological feature.Methods The expression of HIF-2α in NSCLC tissues was evaluated by immunohistochemical method.Results The value of IOD of HIF-2α expression in NSCLC significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues(P<0.05),HIF-2α expression is related to tumor lymph node metastasis and clinical stage,There is significant difference between group with lymph node metastasis and group without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),There is also significant difference among the HIF-2α expression during clinical stage of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P<0.05).HIF-2α expression has no obvious correlation with sex,age,size of tumor,differentiation degree,and pathological types (P>0.05),but it is closely related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion HIF-2α expression has close relationship with the invasive proceeding of NSCLC.
