| 摘 要： | 本文报道以耻骨直肠肌为标志,对45例新生儿期的肛门、直肠畸形儿做出高、中、低三型分类。并以尸检或手术,复核耻骨直肠肌与直肠盲端的真正解剖关系。结果:41例判断准确,说明本法有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Since the location of pubrectalis muscle on radiography were establised in1981, 45 neonates with anorectal malformation were observed by means of thismethod and malformation type were demonstrated.In order to assess whetherthe method is accurate, the relation between the pubrectal muscle and blindend of the rectum were observed by following work.The autopsy was studiedin 13 cases. Perineal oreration were made on 11 neonates; abdomino-sacro perineal orsacro-perineal procedures Were done in the rest children.As the result, it wasright in 41 cases and false in 4 cases. It suggested that the method wasavailable. |
