| 摘 要： | 药品不良反应监测组织体系是搞好药品不良反应监测工作的基础，经过几年的努力，我国已建立国家、省、市三级监测网络，但至今还没有一套完整的农村药品不良反应监测网络体系。丹东市药品不良反应监测中心在辽宁省药品不良反应监测中心的支持下，开展了将农村药品不良反应监测网络纳入“两网建设”的调研，探索建立覆盖至村级卫生院（所）的药品不良反应监测体系，以体现我国药品不良反应监测体系“点、线、面相结合，最大程度广覆盖”的总体思想。

| Abstract: | Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) monitoring system is a good foundation for ADR Monitoring. After several years of efforts, China has set up national, provincial and municipal three monitoring network. But so far has not a complete set of ADR monitoring network in rural areas. Dandong center for ADR monitoring study a rural ADR monitoring network within"two network construction" and explore ways of establishing the most wide coverage. |
