| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经纤维喉镜下咽部异物的检查和处理技巧。方法：总结分析2005年1月～2008年12月我科127例下咽部异物的病情及处理方法。结果：本组病例均用纤维喉镜发现并成功取出异物。结论：纤维喉镜是检查和治疗下咽部异物方便且有效的方法，可大大减少下咽部异物的漏诊。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the latTngoscope in pharyngeal foreign inspection and processing techniques. Methods： A retrospective analysis from January 2005 to December 2008, I Section 127 cases of hypopharyngeal foreign body condition and treatment. Results： All patients with a laryngoscope and successfully remove the foreign body was found. Conclusion： The laryngoscope is the examination and treatment of the pharyngeal foreign body in a convenient and effective way to significantly reduce the missed diagnosis of hypopharyngeal foreign body. |
