加味四逆散对恶劣心境障碍模型大鼠行为学影响

目的 :观察加味四逆散对慢性应激诱导的恶劣心境障碍模型大鼠行为的影响。方法 :选择 5 0只SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、加味四逆散小组、加味四逆散大剂组和氟西汀组共5组 ,每组各 1 0只。应用分养和长期不可预见的中等强度应激造成大鼠恶劣心境障碍模型。以Open -Field法和糖水消耗实验对照研究慢性应激诱导的恶劣心境障碍模型大鼠行为的改变。结果 :与对照组比较 ,模型组大鼠Open -Field评分降低 ,糖水消耗量减少 ;与模型组比较 ,各治疗组大鼠在治疗过程中Open -Field评分升高 ,糖水消耗量增加。 结论 :加味四逆散可改变分养和长期不可预见的中等强度应激诱导的恶劣心境障碍模型大鼠的抑郁行为 ,提示加味四逆散具有一定的抗抑郁作用。

Behavior Study of Separation and Chronic unpredictabld mild stress-induced Dysthymic Rats Model in the Treatment of Jiawei sini Decoctum

ob jective To investigate the effect of JIAWEI SINI DECOCTUM on behavior in the separation and chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced Dysthymic rat model.Methods Male Sprague-Dauley rats were randomly allocated to five groups as follows:control,model,Fluoxetine,JIAWEI SINI DECOCTUM I(general dose)and JIAWEI SINI DECOCTUMII(overdose).The Dysthymic model of rat was produsde by separation and chronic unpredictaboe mild stress.The behavior of rat was detected by opeb-field test.Open-field and sucrose consumption were used to study the chandges of rat behavior.Results The results showed that the Fluoxetine,JIAWEI SINI DECOCTUM I and JIAWEI SINI DECOCTUM II are increase during treatment. Conclusions These data suggest that JIAWEI SINI DECOCTUM was effective in the treatment of Dysthymia.
