补肾活血中药治疗早中期膝骨性关节炎临床观察

为探讨补肾活血中药对早中期膝骨性是节炎的治疗作用，采用随机对照的原则，将68例早中期膝骨性关节炎患者分为补肾活血中药治疗组与西乐葆对照组。分别给予补肾活血中药和西乐藻治疗，4周1个疗程，2个疗程后观察膝OA严重性指数（ISOA）并进行临床疗效分析。结果显示两组均可明显缓解疼痛，改善患者膝关节功能，补肾活血方组总有效率为88．89％，西乐葆组总有效率为90．62％，两组治疗前后关节功能评分比较有显著性差异，组间比较无差异（P〉0．05）。治疗期间未发现明显毒副作用。表明补肾活血中药对早中期膝骨性关节是的治疗安全有效。

TREATMENT OF EARLY- AND MIDDLE-STAGED KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS BY KIDNEYS-REINFORCING AND BLOOD-CIRCULATION-ACTIVATING TCD: A Clinical Observation

In order to study the therapeutic effect of kidneys-reinforcing and blood-circulation-activating TCD(KBTCD) on early-and middle-staged knee osteoarthritis(EMSKOA),68 cases of EMSKOA were divided into Groups A and B,which were treated by KBTCD and by Celecoxib for eight weeks,respectively,the OA severity indices and clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.The results showed that the pains of both groups were significantly relieved and the knee functions were improved;the total effective rates of Groups A and B were 88.9 % and 90.62 %,respectively;the joint function scores of the two groups before and after the treatment had a significant difference but there was no inter-group difference (P < 0.05) and no toxic-or side-effect during the treatment,suggesting that KBTCD produce a safe therapeutic effect on EMSKOA.
