摘    要:目的 探讨Nd:YAG激光后囊切开术治疗人工晶状体后发障时避免或降低人工晶状体损伤的方法。方法 对46例人工晶状体术后的后发障应用激光治疗情况进行回顾性研究。结果 术后18%的病例出现轻度人工晶状体损伤,其治疗能量均在2-4mJ。结论 对于人工晶状体后发障病人早期行激光后囊切开,低能量即可完成且无损伤。对于囊较厚需要提高能量时应避开视辆中心,能量控制在4mJ以内可以避免人工晶状体中,重度损伤。

Nd: YAG laser posterior lens capsulectomy and intraocular lens injury
Abstract:Objective To inquire the method of avoiding or reducing IOL Injury when after cataract was treated by YAG laser.Methods 46 patients (49 eyes) with after cataract who underwent YAG Laser were retrospectively analyzed.Results After operation mild IOL injury was occurred in 18% which laser treatment power was 2-4mJ.Conclusion It is effective to treat after cataract by low power YAG laser at early time postoperation without IOL injury.Visual axis should be avoided when high YAG laser power was used to thicker membrane.Moderate and severe IOL injury can be avoided with laser power within 4mJ.
