80例腹部感染的厌氧菌分析

目的探讨80例外科腹部感染患者脓性标本厌氧菌的菌种分布,疾病类型与厌氧茵感染的关系及耐药性状。方法采用抽气换气厌氧环境下进行培养、分离、鉴定、归类及药敏检测。结果66例培养阳性,总检出率82.5%,其中单纯厌氧菌和需氧菌检出率,分别占阳性标本的27.3%和33.3%,混合阳性占39.4%。药敏检测以氯霉素、林可霉素、灭滴灵最敏感。结论检出的厌氧茵中以革兰氏阴性杆菌多见60.7%(34/56),需氧菌中同样以革兰氏阴性杆菌多见60.6%(40/60),腹部感染患者常表现为一个病灶中除可能出现多种厌氧菌外,并常与需氧菌同时存在,以膈下脓肿患者最多见100%(6/6)。厌氧菌对抗菌药物有较稳定的敏感性。

Methods use suction gas and air exchange in the dislike oxygen environ to cultivante,separate.,accredit,classify and detect the drugallergy. Results 66 case is masculine, detection rate of common is 82. 5% ,the detection rate of simple anaerobe and aerobe is 27. 3% and 33. 3% in the masc specimen. Admixture of two group is 39.4%. The very responsive is alficetin,cidomycin,lincomycin at detect the drug allergy. Conclusion Examines the anaerobe most see by the GeLanshi negative bacillus 60.7% (34/56) .aerobic bacteria most see by the GeLanshi negative bacillus 60.6% (40/66) ,The abdomen infected person often the performance is in a focus of infection besides possibly appears the many kinds of anaerobes,and often exists with the aerobe also,most sees by the subdiaphragmatic abscess patient 100% (6/6). The anaerobe resistance fungus medicine has the stable sensitivity.
